Em đang dùng con IBM R50e, có một số vấn đề như sau:
Em đang dùng bình thường máy tự nhiên bị tắt và hiện lên màn hình xanh lè với một số thông số lằng nhằng gì đó sau đó nó restart. Sau khi màn hình khởi động lại, em gửi đến microsoft nó thông báo lại như sau:

Em hỏi 1088 thì họ bảo có thể lỗi driver nào đó, em kiểm tra thấy thằng SCSI and RAID controllers bị lỗi, em uninstall một cái (sau này không biết cài lại bằng cách nào nữa, bác nào có cho em xin, và giải thích giúp em cái này dùng làm gì , bỏ đi có sao không, em chỉ dùng máy cá nhân, không liên kết mạng nội bộ, chi vo internet bình thường thôi).
Sau đó thì vẫn bị lỗi như vậy và nó lại báo lỗi như sau:

Các bác xem giúp em với bởi em remove BKAV rồi mà vẫn thế, mà các BKAV em vẫn dùng bình thường có sao đâu, máy cũng chẳng bị virus gì nhiều chỉ mấy cái adware nhỏ thôi.
